This program is only for the students studying from class 1 to class 12 and the scholarship is for educational purposes only.
Only one application is allowed from a family. If more than one application is found, all the applications will be rejected.
This one-time scholarship program is only for the below-mentioned categories.
Applications other than these categories will be rejected.
Category 1 – Low Monthly Family Income (as mentioned below)
Urban Area: ₹ 20000 or less
Rural Area: ₹15000 or less
Category 2 – If the main earning person of the family has died due to COVID-19 and now the monthly family income is as mentioned below
Urban Area: ₹25000 or less
Rural Area: ₹20000 or less
Category 3 – For the education of the children of any widow
Category 4 – For the education of children of soldiers martyred while on duty
Category 5 – For education of children of physically handicapped or parent with disability (minimum 40% with disability certificate)
Category 6 – Family of main income earner who has recently died due to accident or is not in a position to earn income for the education of his children
Category 7 – For the education of parents who have three or more girls (monthly family income as mentioned below)
Urban Area: ₹25000 or less
Rural Area: ₹20000 or less
The following documents will be required in filling out the form. To avoid inconvenience, kindly prepare this first and start filling out the form.
1. Copy of Aadhar Card of the student
2. Student’s photo
3. Proof of Address
If own house then the following documents are valid, in the name of student or parent/guardian:
a) Aadhar Card (On the side where the address is written)
b) Electricity bill
c) MTNL/BSNL Telephone Bill
d) Postpaid mobile bill
e) Voter Card
f) Ration Card
g) Driving License
h) Passport
i) Property Tax Receipt
If there is a rented house then the following documents are valid, if the name of the student or parent/guardian is not there, then get the declaration written by the landlord on blank paper and attach the electricity bill of that address.
a) Rent Agreement
b) Aadhar card (on which side the address is written)
c) MTNL/BSNL Telephone Bill
d) Postpaid mobile bill
e) Voter Card
f) Ration Card
g) Driving License
h) Passport
i) Property Tax Receipt
j) Electricity bill
4. Student’s School I-Card
5. Declaration attested by the school (in case of school I-card is not available, download the form at https://bit.ly/peissch and get it verified by the school by printing it on blank paper or school letterhead)
6. Aadhar card copy of father
7. Father’s photo
8. Father’s COVID Vaccination Certificate
9. Copy of Mother’s Aadhar Card
10. Mother’s photo
11. Mother’s COVID Vaccination Certificate
12. Aadhar numbers of all brothers and sisters
13. Photograph of account passbook or cheque, clearly showing the name of the account holder, account number, and IFSC code.
(If a parent is not there then the following document is required)
14. Copy of Guardian’s Aadhar Card
15. Guardian’s photo
16. Guardian’s COVID Vaccination Certificate
